What is Mindful Living?

Mindful living is the practice of being fully present in the current moment, intentionally and non-judgmentally. It involves cultivating awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, while embracing a sense of curiosity and acceptance. By incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives, we can enhance our well-being, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. Mindful living encourages us to engage with authenticity, kindness, and compassion as we navigate life's experiences.


My name is Anelys Perez

Welcome to MindfulLiving Therapy Center! I am delighted to introduce myself as the founder and mental health therapist dedicated to guiding you on your path to well-being. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University, I bring a solid educational foundation and a compassionate approach to our therapeutic journey together.


Specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, and traumatic experiences, I feel privileged to have supported individuals who face these challenges head-on, demonstrating remarkable resilience and determination. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work closely with children and adolescents, helping them navigate the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
